WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE

We are committed to delivering quality, durability, and customer satisfaction. As part of that commitment, Portsea Fans products are covered by a voluntary 3-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase and covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

  • Malfunctions resulting from manufacturing faults

If your Portsea Fan fails due to a defect covered by this warranty during the warranty period, the guarantor will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

Repair or replacement under this warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or negligent handling

  • Improper installation or failure to follow the instructions for use

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration

  • Accidents, modifications, or unauthorised repairs

  • Use with incompatible or incorrect power sources or accessories

Statutory Consumer Rights

This warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty and does not limit or replace your statutory consumer rights.

Under applicable EU and German law, consumers are entitled to free statutory remedies for lack of conformity of goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, for a minimum period of two (2) years from delivery.

These statutory rights apply independently of this warranty and are free of charge.

Costs and Returns

If a warranty claim under this commercial warranty is accepted, all reasonable costs associated with repair or replacement will be borne by the guarantor.

This does not affect your statutory rights, which are always exercised free of charge.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please:

  1. Contact our customer support team via info@portseafans.eu or visit the www.portseafans.eu contact page

  2. Provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or invoice) and a description of the issue 

  3. Follow the instructions provided, which may include returning the product for inspection

Warranty Validity

This warranty is valid worldwide and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable.
